100mm Rockwool RWA45 stone mineral wool slab — a 45 kg/m³ density acoustic and thermal insulation slab manufactured to BS EN 13162 and classified A1 non-combustible to BS EN 13501-1. RWA45 is the general-purpose Rockwool slab for partition walls, suspended ceilings, floors and roofs where reliable acoustic absorption is required alongside a non-combustible specification. Because it is A1, it will not contribute to fire growth or spread — the post-Grenfell baseline for cladding and high-rise build-ups under Approved Document B. Coverage approximately 2.88m² per pack.
