Next-day delivery available on most orders placed before noon, subject to stock holding and vehicle availability. With our own fleet of delivery vehicles and over 40 years of experience supplying London builders, joiners and homeowners, we get your materials onto site quickly and reliably — no waiting on third-party couriers, no surprises on arrival.
Where we deliver
We deliver across North London, Greater London, East London and the surrounding home counties, with rates calculated by postcode and the size of your order. Our regular service area covers:
- North London — N4, N7, N8, N15, N16, N17, N18, N19, N22 and surrounding postcodes
- Greater London — NW1, NW3, NW5, N3, N14 and the wider London area
- East London & outer ring — E1–E20 (Hackney, Bethnal Green, Stratford and surrounds), EN postcodes (EN8 and below), Hertfordshire, St Albans, and parts of South-West London including Chelsea
- Wider UK — available for larger or palletised orders by arrangement
For deliveries further afield, please get in touch — we can arrange courier or pallet delivery for most products in our range.
What to expect on delivery day
- All deliveries are made to the kerbside. Please make sure there is suitable vehicle access to your property and a clear, safe area for our driver to unload.
- A responsible adult must be on site to accept and sign for the delivery.
- Large or bulky orders — timber over 4m, full packs, multiple bulk bags — require a little advance notice so we can schedule the right vehicle.
- We’ll always confirm an expected delivery date and a rough time window when your order is placed.
Delivery pricing

Prefer to collect? Our yard is open six days a week and we’re set up to load straight into vans, trailers, pickups and roof racks.

For collection orders, please email or call ahead so we can pick your materials and have them ready when you arrive. It saves you waiting time at the counter and ensures everything you need is in stock before you make the trip.
