Large-format 54mm solid-core door blank, fire-rated to FD60 specification — providing 60 minutes of fire resistance when cut, installed and ironmongered in line with the manufacturer's instructions and a compliant frame. The thicker 54mm section is specified where higher fire ratings are required, typically in commercial fit-outs, hotels, care homes, HMOs and protected-stair enclosures serving upper storeys. Oversized at 2440×1220mm (8' × 4') for trimming to any bespoke opening. Solid ply-faced construction throughout. Sold per door blank.
