50mm acoustic partition roll (APR quilt) — a glass mineral wool insulation quilt manufactured to BS EN 13162, designed for sound absorption inside metal-stud or timber-stud partition wall cavities. The 50mm thickness suits 70mm C-stud partitions and similar build-ups, where the quilt sits within the cavity to dampen airborne sound transmission between rooms. Commonly specified alongside acoustic plasterboard and resilient bars in Part E-compliant separating walls. Coverage approximately 15.6m² per roll. Sold per roll.
