Large-format 44mm solid-core door blank, fire-rated to FD30 specification — providing 30 minutes of fire resistance when cut, installed and ironmongered in line with the manufacturer's instructions and a compliant frame. Oversized at 2440×1220mm (8' × 4') for maximum flexibility on bespoke openings, taller and wider commercial doors, double-leaf assemblies and non-standard frames. Solid ply-faced construction throughout, ready for finishing. Sold per door blank.
