Couldn't load pickup availability
The largest door blank in our range — a 44mm Flamebreak door blank, fire-rated to FD30 specification, providing 30 minutes of fire resistance when cut, installed and ironmongered in line with the manufacturer's instructions and a compliant frame. Built around a lightweight Falcatta solid core faced with 4mm hardwood plywood, keeping it noticeably lighter to handle and hang than a standard solid-core blank of the same size. Oversized at 3050×1220mm (10' × 4') for exceptionally tall or wide openings, double-leaf assemblies and bespoke commercial doorsets beyond the standard 8' × 4' format. Unlipped, ply-faced construction throughout, ready for finishing. Sold per door blank.
