25mm × 50mm pressure-treated roofing batten, supplied in 3600mm lengths and graded to BS 5534 — the UK code of practice for slating and tiling, which sets the strength, size tolerance and marking requirements for tile and slate battens. Strength-graded and pressure-treated to Use Class UC3 for above-ground exterior service, giving long-term protection against decay and insect attack once concealed beneath the roof covering. Sold per length.
