A light duty "jiffy" (speedy) joist hanger for connecting a 100mm wide timber joist to a timber beam or wall plate. Pressed from galvanised steel with wider 50mm strap legs for better load spread, it gives a quick, secure fixing with no notching required — simply nail through the pre-punched holes with square twist nails. The leg can be wrapped over to suit the joist height. Sold individually.
Dimensions: 100mm internal width × 245mm leg height × 50mm bearing depth, in 0.9mm galvanised steel. Suitable for joist depths of 150–250mm. (BPC ref A270/100.)
